You focus on high-quality patient care while Prava handles credentialing, EHR integration, client referrals, billing, and AI-assisted support to grow your caseload.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (TX) with active license.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in launching/growing a private practice.
• Passion for one-on-one, patient-centered care.
• Ability to manage autonomy and business aspects of a practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in launching and growing independent practices around Dallas‑Fort Worth.
• Focus on delivering patient care while Prava handles operations like credentialing, billing and admin.
• Collaborate with Prava to expand clinician-owned practices under own brand.
