Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is growing in UNION, NJ, and we’re seeking passionate, licensed Physical Therapists who want to deliver exceptional one-on-one care to older adults in their homes or senior living communities.

Join FOX to create and manage your own treatment schedule, work with an interdisciplinary team, and optionally offer telehealth, while helping patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
