Job summary

Harmony United Psychiatric Care in Ocala, FL is seeking a licensed psychotherapist to provide outpatient psychotherapy as an independent contractor. The practice offers in-person clinics and telehealth options to serve adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with various mental health conditions.
• Provide different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers and other healthcare providers.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and families about mental health and therapies.
• Document services in compliance with company policies.
• Stay current with psychotherapy and counseling advancements through continuing education.
