Mentalzon invites licensed Psychologists to join a flexible platform that supports independent practice with autonomy and nationwide reach. You can blend in-person, remote, or hybrid care for Boston-area clients while maintaining full clinical control.

As an Independent Contractor, you set your schedule and fees, manage your caseload, and benefit from platform support without commissions, enabling focused clinical excellence and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program or equivalent.
• Active unrestricted license as Psychologist in Massachusetts for independent practice.
• Post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy.
• Proficiency with HIPAA-compliant telehealth technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychological services to individuals, couples, or families.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain confidential records per HIPAA and APA ethics.
• Adhere to APA ethics and Massachusetts telehealth laws.
• Manage client relations, scheduling, and practice policies.
