Qualifications

Must possess a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License required.
ANNC Board Certification is necessary.
Ability to travel in Vermont is needed.
Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
Must have a patient-centric work ethic to help seniors.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with nursing home staff, residents, and families.
Follow up with patients and assess treatment efficacy.
Educate staff on best practices for mental health.
Round at nursing homes and recommend psychiatric treatments.
