CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Burlington, VT to perform residential property inspections as part of our underwriting process. Set your own hours, build your own route, and work outdoors or indoors as needed.

As a contractor, you travel to properties, chat briefly with homeowners, take app-guided photos, use a pole for roof shots, and schedule interior/high-value inspections. Payments are made monthly per completed inspection.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
