CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector in Tulsa, OK is seeking motivated independent contractors to complete exterior and occasional interior inspections. You set your own hours, build your own route, and get paid per inspection while using your own associates.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with control over how and when you complete approved jobs and the option to work with other companies.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted
• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
• Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
• Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections
• Delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
