CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector in Salina, KS is seeking motivated, detail-oriented independent contractors to perform residential property inspections. As a 1099 contractor, you set your own hours, build your own route, and may use your own associates.

You will travel to properties, speak briefly with homeowners to explain the inspection, and capture app-guided photos using a mobile web application.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property inspections.
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection.
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos.
• Schedule your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections.
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
