Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to perform exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections.
• Have brief professional conversations with homeowners to explain the inspection.
• Capture app-guided photos and answer property questions via the mobile app.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos where needed.
• Schedule own appointments for interior/high-value inspections.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional service with clear communication.
