Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Westfield MA Windsor CT to perform residential property inspections and build a flexible schedule around their life. You will travel to properties, inspect exteriors (and occasional interiors), and communicate clearly with homeowners.

As an independent contractor, you control your hours, use our mobile app for guided photos, and can utilize your own associates if available.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status required.
• Ability to travel to Westfield, MA and Windsor, CT.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Excellent communication with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior inspections (and occasional interior).
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection.
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos.
• Schedule your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections.
