Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Moab, UT to complete exterior property underwriting inspections. You set your own schedule, travel to client sites, and are paid per inspection through a monthly service fee structure.

Ideal candidates enjoy outdoor work, autonomy, and building a business around their life. Inspections include exterior visits and occasional interior checks with flexible hours from 8am to sunset, Mon–Sat.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
