Job summary

A national legal support services firm is seeking independent contractors in Tennessee to serve legal documents. As a Private Process Server, you will work independently to deliver documents for law firms and financial institutions. Applicants must reside near Scott County, have reliable transportation, and be available 3–5 days per week. Experience as a process server, private investigator, or in law enforcement is preferred, and support will be provided throughout the contract period.

Qualifications

• Reliable, self-motivated individual residing in or near listed counties.
• Availability 3–5 days per week including Saturdays.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas.
• Manage assignments using ProVest’s mobile apps.
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule.
