ProVest, a nationwide legal support services firm, is seeking independent contractors in Tennessee to serve legal documents. You will work independently delivering notices for foreclosure, civil, and litigation matters, with a 1099 contract and weekly pay per completed job.

Qualifications

• Residency in Tennessee, preferably near listed counties.
• Availability 3-5 days per week, including Saturdays.
• Ability to complete 15-20 service attempts per day.
• Willingness to visit courthouses for document pickup/drop-off.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Access to computer, printer, and scanner.
• Flexible availability, including mornings/evenings/weekends.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting.
