Job summary

Proof is seeking Process Servers to join its network of independent contractors to deliver legal documents in your area. Set your own schedule and workload. Track earnings using our mobile app with support from an operations specialist.

Contract role with experience in process serving preferred; a valid driver’s license and state requirements apply. You determine your workload and service area, accepting work via the Proof platform.

Qualifications

• Licensed/registered or certified process server as required by state/county law.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and able to use mobile apps.
• Prior experience in process serving or related fields preferred as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training.
• NAPPS membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents to designated recipients.
• Use the Proof app to track work and earnings and manage service records.
• Set and manage your own schedule and workload within assigned territories.
• Maintain accurate records of serves, times, and routing as required by clients.
