Job summary

Proof Technology is seeking Independent Process Servers to deliver legal documents in your area. This 1099 contractor role lets you set your own schedule and workload, and you can claim jobs via the Proof app while tracking earnings. An operational specialist provides support with every serve.

Applicants should be licensed or certified where required, possess a valid driver’s license, and have experience in process serving or related fields. NAPPS membership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed, registered, or certified process server where required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficient with mobile devices and able to use a mobile app.
• Experience in process serving or related fields required.
• NAPPS membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents to designated addresses.
• Maintain accurate tracking of serves in the Proof app.
• Communicate with clients and respond to delivery issues.
• Operate in compliance with state and county laws.
