Job summary

ProVest LLC is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Lee and Collier County, Florida. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and autonomy. You’ll drive your own vehicle, use our mobile apps, and be paid per completed job based on performance.

Ideal candidates are self-reliant and reliable, with a valid driver's license, transportation, and willingness to work varied hours, including weekends. Support is provided by a Florida liaison.

Qualifications

• Commitment to honesty and accuracy in reporting results.
• Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Willingness to work variable hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with the ProVest mobile apps for case updates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents and update case information via mobile apps.
• Capture GPS photos and log attempts using ProVest tools.
• Make multiple service attempts within 72 hours and maintain accurate worksheets.
