Job summary

ProVest is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Butler County, OH. You will work independently to deliver legal documents on behalf of leading law firms and financial institutions. Documents may include foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices.

This is a 1099 contract position with weekly pay per completed job. Applicants must reside in Ohio, preferably near Butler County, and be capable of managing your own schedule while documenting service attempts using

Qualifications

• Ohio residency near Butler County required.
• Availability 3-5 days per week, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas.
• Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile).
• Document all service attempts using the mobile app, including GPS-stamped photographs.
• Complete required service attempts in accordance with client guidelines.
• Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time.
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times.
