Job summary

ProVest is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Minnesota. You must reside in Minnesota, preferably near Mower County, and be able to visit courthouses to collect and email documents as needed.

Responsibilities include serving documents, scheduling own routes, and documenting all attempts with GPS photos via ProVest mobile apps. Reliable transportation and a proactive, professional approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Residency in Minnesota (near listed county preferred).
• 3–5 service attempts per assignment, with varied hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be willing to visit local courthouses to pick up documents and email them back.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas.
• Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile).
• Document all service attempts with GPS-stamped photographs using the mobile app.
• Complete required service attempts on different days per client guidelines.
• Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time.
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times.
