Job summary

ProVest is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Minnesota. Applicants must reside in Minnesota, preferably near Sibley County. You will manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps PVLS and PSO Mobile, document attempts with GPS photos, and return completed reports on time.

Flexibility to travel to courthouses and manage your own schedule is essential. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Minnesota, preferably near Sibley County.
• Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignment as per client requirements.
• Must be willing to visit local courthouses to pick up and email documents.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas.
• Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps PVLS & PSO Mobile.
• Document all service attempts with GPS-stamped photos.
• Complete required service attempts per client guidelines.
• Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time.
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach.
