Job summary

ProVest LLC is seeking a Private Process Server to deliver legal documents in Merrill County, WI. You will work independently to serve foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices, acting as a trusted agent for leading law firms and financial institutions.

This 1099 contractor role requires residing in Wisconsin (preferably near Merrill County) and strong self- management to maintain schedules, document attempts with GPS photos, and submit reports promptly through ProVest's mobile

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas.
• Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile).
• Document all service attempts with GPS-enabled photos.
• Complete service attempts per client guidelines.
• Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time.
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule.
