Job summary

ProVest LLC in Shawano County, WI seeks Private Process Servers to deliver legal documents as independent contractors. You will work remotely within your own area and manage assignments through ProVest’s mobile apps to report service attempts.

This 1099 contract role includes flexible scheduling, GPS-documented proofs, and weekly pay for completed assignments. Applicants should reside in Wisconsin, preferably near Shawano county, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Wisconsin, preferably near Shawano county.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas.
• Manage assignments using ProVest’s mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile).
• Document service attempts with GPS-stamped photos.
• Complete required service attempts per client guidelines.
• Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time.
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule.
• Maintain professional and courteous conduct at all times.
