Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work.
• Independently licensed and in good standing as LPC, LCSW, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy based on client needs.
• Conduct intake evaluations and psychiatric assessments.
• Formulate diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
