Job summary

Allina Health Faribault Medical Center is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative team. The role involves independent practice with a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu), handling a broad mix of general surgery, orthopedics and specialty cases in a Level IV trauma setting.

The CRNA will provide anesthesia care, airway management, and peri-anesthetic support across multiple ORs, with emphasis on safety and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and Master's degree in Nurse Anesthetist.
• Minimum 3 years independent experience with regional blocks.
• Licensed RN in MN and RN Anesthetist per MN Board of Nursing on hire.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures.
• Provide airway management, IV access and peri-anesthesia care across the facility.
• Respond to pain-related consults and services.
