Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Physical Therapist to assume autonomous responsibility for evaluating patients and delivering PT services. The role involves evaluating conditions, establishing goals with patient/family input, and documenting care within regulatory and reimbursement guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Doctorate in Physical Therapy or equivalent approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Licensed or eligible for Michigan PT license by hire date.
• BLS (American Heart Association) or equivalent.
• FSBPT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment within the scope of the license and applicable laws.
• Evaluate patient needs and establish treatment goals with input from patient and family.
• Document outcomes per internal/external timeliness and reimbursement standards; participate in the interdisciplinary care team.
