Job summary

American Pest is a field-based pest control company seeking technicians to manage their own routes and solve pest problems for homes and businesses. The role includes inspections, treatments, and educating customers, with paid training and opportunities for advancement. You'll typically work 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Mon–Fri, with occasional overtime and Saturdays. A take-home company vehicle is provided for work use, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Ability to work independently while managing a route and schedule.
• Comfort using computers and smartphones for scheduling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential and commercial appointments.
• Inspect properties, identify pests and contributing conditions, perform treatments.
• Document work and educate customers on expectations and prevention.
• Manage own schedule with support from manager and local team.
• Overtime and some Saturdays during peak season.
