Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and nutrition.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions with clients in their homes.
• Develop customized exercise programs based on clients’ goals.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training plans.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques.
