Qualifications

• Certification in NASM/ACE/ACSM.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 1-2 years of personal training experience.
• Must reside in central Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one or small group in-home training sessions.
• Develop customized exercise programs based on client goals and fitness level.
• Provide ongoing motivation and accountability throughout the journey.
• Monitor progress and adjust training plans as needed.
• Execute initial assessments and close new client sales.
• Renewal sales of existing clients.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques.
• Foster a positive, engaging training environment.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and the team.
