NexGen Enterprises in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an experienced Party Chief (1099) to lead field surveys on a project-by-project basis. Work with licensed surveyors and managers, operating with autonomy while contributing to accurate boundary and topographic data.

The role requires 3+ years in field surveying, proficiency with GPS and Total Stations, and a valid FL license. On-site outdoor work available; top-tier contractors are rewarded with steady, meaningful projects.

Formación

• 3+ years of field surveying experience, including leadership roles
• Strong proficiency with GPS, Total Stations, and data collection
• Solid understanding of survey principles and construction staking
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record

Responsabilidades

• Perform boundary, topographic, construction staking, and control surveys independently
• Operate GPS, Total Stations, and data collectors with accuracy and care
• Interpret project plans, survey plats, and specifications to guide field activities
• Collect and document clear, precise field notes and sketches for each project
• Communicate proactively with NexGen project managers on progress and site conditions
• Uphold safety standards and quality expectations on every job
