Job summary

Pace Runners, Inc. is seeking a delivery driver who owns a Cargo/Sprinter van to operate as an independent contractor in the Gulfport, MS area.

You will handle B2B multi-stop deliveries, starting from our Mobile AL warehouse, returning to Gulfport for local deliveries, and you must own the vehicle. You will join Pace's network with year-round routes, need valid insurance, and meet MVR, background, and drug screening requirements.

Qualifications

• Must own/lease a Cargo/Sprinter van.
• Provide excellent customer service on deliveries.
• Must meet MVR, background and drug screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load scan all freight before leaving warehouse and take to designated stores on your route.
• Delivery scan of each carton required at store delivery.
• Report all delivery discrepancies in real time to local operations.
• Perform OS&D to mitigate claims.
• Use Pace delivery app to track and document all deliveries.
• Exceed customer delivery requirements and specifications.
• Represent Pace professionally and courteously.
• Be presentable and provide excellent customer service.
