Job summary

Mindful Way Counseling LLC in Fridley, MN is seeking licensed clinicians to join as independent contractors in a private-practice group with flexible hybrid work. You’ll manage clinical care, treatment plans, session notes, and client scheduling, aided by shared resources and referrals from colleagues.

We welcome LP/ LICSW/ LPCC/ LMFT clinicians and those pursuing licensure. Caseload is self-directed (12–17 weekly or more).

Qualifications

• Fully licensed clinicians preferred (LP, LICSW, LPCC, LMFT).
• Candidates working toward LPCC or LICSW may be considered.
• Position: 1099/Independently Contracted.
• Caseload: no quota; partial (12–17 weekly) or fuller (18+) options.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical care of clients (DA, treatment plans, session documentation).
• Collect client fees and handle scheduling.
• Use shared resources and referrals with supportive colleagues.
• Collaborate within Mindful Way Counseling to maintain ethical, trauma-informed care.
