Lyra Health is expanding its provider network in Minnesota, inviting independently licensed clinicians to deliver evidence‑based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families. The role supports clients with flexible scheduling and robust administrative assistance to enable focused clinical care.

Applicants should hold an unrestricted license and have space to see clients in Minnesota, with a preference for in‑person delivery and a strong track record in outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) able to work independently without supervision.
• Experience with evidence‑based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (measurement based care).
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families; in‑person delivery preferred.
• Must have office space with ability to see clients in Minnesota area.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence‑based therapy for diverse client groups.
• Manage risk and respond to clinical crises as needed.
• Collaborate with Lyra Clinical Associates and access clinical consultations for support.
