Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking several Building and Outdoor Maintenance Staff to support our client in State College, PA. This outdoor role pays $21/hour, with typical hours Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm (or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm).

Duties include mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, weed eating, leaf blowing, power washing, snow removal, basic repairs to apartments and common areas, and light electrical/plumbing tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of carpentry, landscaping and maintenance experience.
• Must be able to stay on task and work independently.
• Good communication skills are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, weed eating, leaf blowing, power washing, snow removal.
• Basic repairs to apartments and common areas; operate hand/power tools and lawn equipment.
