Qualifications

• Certified Hand Therapist certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and develops treatment programs to facilitate patient-specific goals.
• Assesses patient response to treatment and recommends plan changes as needed.
• Maintains patient records according to standards and policies.
• Meets productivity targets related to access to care, patient experience and quality metrics.
• Assists in program development to serve patient and community needs.
