Position Summary

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will play a leading role in patient eye and vision care, as well as general health and wellbeing.

Your Autonomy

You can:

• Establish your practice days and hours
• Control your patient schedule
• Set your fee schedule
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees

Optional enhancements include:

• Advanced Equipment/instrumentation
• Administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if allowed by state)

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited school
• Valid state optometry license
• Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school
• Valid state ophthalmology license
• General Liability and Professional Liability Insurance Certificates
