Position Summary:

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will lead patient care related to eye and vision health, as well as overall well-being.

Responsibilities include:

1. Launching your services in Walmart stores.
2. Establishing your practice days and hours.
3. Managing your patient schedule.
4. Setting your fee schedule and keeping 100% of exam/professional fees.

You have the autonomy to:

• Control your practice schedule and fees.
• Opt into equipment, instrumentation, and administrative support services where available.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• General Liability and Professional Liability Insurance Certificates.
• W-9 form.
