Responsibilities

1. Launch your services in Walmart stores.
2. Establish your practice days and hours.

4. Keep 100% of exam and professional fees.
5. Optional: Opt into equipment/instrumentation and administrative support services (if permitted by state).

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• General Liability Certificate.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
