Position Summary:

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will lead patient care in eye and vision health, as well as general well-being. You have the autonomy to:

1. Establish your practice days and hours
2. Control your patient schedule
3. Set your fee schedule
4. Keep 100% of exam/professional fees

Optional support services include equipment/instrumentation and administrative or opt-tech support, if permitted by state law.

Minimum qualifications include:

1. Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited school
2. Valid state optometry license
3. General Liability and Professional Liability Insurance Certificates
4. W-9 form
