Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Independent Optometrist to lease space inside a Sam’s Club in Morrow, GA. You will lead eye and vision care with autonomy over your practice including choosing days, hours, and fee structures.

As a lease holder, you may opt into equipment and supporting services while maintaining 100% of exam/professional fees. ME & VA licenses may apply under Gumberg Asset Management Company terms.

Qualifications

• OD from an accredited optometry school.
• Licensed optometrist in good standing in state of practice.
• Ophthalmologist (MD/DO) from an accredited school.
• Valid state ophthalmology license and liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
• Control your patient schedule and fee schedule.
• Maintain 100% of exam/professional fees as an independent lease holder.
• Opt into optional equipment and support services where allowed.
• Operate within fair market value terms under Walmart Sam’s Club lease.
