Walmart is seeking an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our stores to deliver eye and vision care along with general health and wellbeing. You will establish your own days of practice and hours of operation, and you will keep 100% of exam and professional fees.

Optional equipment and support services may be available where permitted by state law. These arrangements emphasize autonomy and local market flexibility, with the primary location at 2550 COORS BLDV.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry OD from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school.
• Valid state ophthalmology license.
• General Liability Certificate.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Launch your services in Walmart stores.
• Take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and wellbeing.
• Establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
• Equipment instrumentation and/ or Administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services if state allows.
