Walmart Inc. is seeking an Independent Optometrist to lease space inside a Sam’s Club in Weslaco, TX. You will lead eye and vision care as well as general health, operating with autonomy in a leased space.

You will determine your practice days, hours, and fee schedules, and you keep 100% of exam and professional fees, with optional support services if state allows.

Formación

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license in TX
• Ophthalmologist (MD/DO) license if applicable
• General Liability Certificate
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
• W-9 form

Responsabilidades

• Provide eye and vision care within a Sam’s Club lease site
• Lead patient care and overall health assessments in vision-related services
• Set practice days, hours, and schedules with autonomy
• Establish fee schedules and manage patient flow and calendar

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Sam’s Club, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being.

As an independent lease holder, you have the autonomy to:

• Establish your days of practice
• Establish your hours of operation
• Control your patient schedule
• Set your fee schedule
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees

For a fair market value, you can opt into:

• Equipment/instrumentation
• Administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)

Minimum Qualifications for a lease agreement:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license
• Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
• Valid state ophthalmology license
• General Liability Certificate
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
• W-9
