Walmart is seeking an Independent Optometrist to launch services inside a Sam’s Club in Tyler, TX. As a lease holder, you will lead eye and general health care, determine your own practice days, hours, and patient scheduling, and set your fee schedule.

You will retain 100% of exam and professional fees and may access equipment or administrative support where state rules permit. This opportunity offers autonomy within a Walmart Sam’s Club environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school.

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Sam’s Club, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being.

As an independent lease holder, you have the autonomy to:

• Set your fee schedule
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees

For a fair market value, you can opt into:

• Equipment/instrumentation
• Administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)

Minimum Qualifications for a lease agreement:
