Job summary

A retail organization is seeking an Independent Optometrist to provide eye and vision care within their stores. You will establish your practice days and hours, control your patient schedule, and set your fees while keeping 100% of your exam fees. A valid optometry or ophthalmology license is required. Opportunities for administrative support and advanced equipment are available.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry OD from an accredited optometry school required.
• Must hold a valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist MD or DO is also acceptable.
• Valid state ophthalmology license is mandatory.
• General Liability Certificate required.
