Job summary

A leading retail membership club is seeking an Independent Optometrist in Muskegon, MI. As an Independent Optometrist, you will manage your practice by establishing your own operation hours and maintaining control over your patient schedules and fees. Candidates must hold a Doctor of Optometry or an MD/DO with valid state licenses. This position allows for an autonomous practice with the ability to keep 100% of professional fees. It offers a fair market value lease agreement for space within the club.

Qualifications

• Valid state optometry license required.
• Valid state ophthalmology license required.
• General Liability Certificate needed.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate needed.

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Sam’s Club, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being.

You will have the autonomy to:

• Establish your days of practice
• Establish your hours of operation
• Control your patient schedule
• Set your fee schedule
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees

For a fair market value, you can opt into:

• Equipment/instrumentation
• Administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)

Minimum Qualifications for a lease agreement
