Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school and a valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist MD/DO and valid state ophthalmology license where applicable.
• General liability and professional liability insurance certificates.

Responsibilities

• Launch your services in Walmart stores and lead patient care in eye/vision health.
• Establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
• Set your fee schedule and keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
• Optionally opt into equipment and/or administrative support where allowed.
