Target Optical in Meriden, CT is seeking a full-time Doctor of Optometry to operate an independent private practice adjacent to a Luxottica optical dispensary. You set your professional fee schedule and retain patient revenues for the services you deliver.

This role offers autonomous practice with no company-imposed quotas, a furnished office and exam lanes, online appointment tools, and onboarding support from brand partners. A bonus/commission plan and competitive total rewards are available.

Job Description

Great practice opportunity for an independent Doctor of Optometry. You operate the Doctors office as your private independent practice while providing high quality optometric care and services to your patients next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. Professional fee schedule is yours to decide and you keep the associated patient revenues for professional services that you deliver.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
