Target Optical is seeking an independent Doctor of Optometry in a full-time role in Manchester, CT. You will operate your own private practice next to Luxottica’s optical dispensary, deciding your professional fee schedule and retaining revenues for services rendered.

We offer comprehensive practice autonomy, flexible scheduling options, and onboarding support to help you establish and grow your independent practice with minimal financial risk.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required; independently practice and provide high-quality eye care.
• Professional fee schedule is yours to set and you keep patient revenues for services you deliver.
• Experience managing an autonomous practice environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive optometric care to patients in a private independent practice.
• Manage all aspects of the doctor’s office and patient flow in collaboration with Luxottica dispensary.
• Build and sustain a flexible schedule and autonomous practice model to fit patient needs.
