Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Doctor of Optometry to work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. You will provide high quality eye care and participate in a private independent practice.

As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor, with flexible scheduling including part‑time commitments.

Qualifications

• Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters is involved in the practice of optometry.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients within the subleasing practice.
• Work as Associate Doctor of Optometry under the Subleasing Doctor, with agreement on terms.
• Offer flexible scheduling including part-time commitments.
• Operate in a fully equipped office with OD equipment and digital eye examination tools.
