Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist to join an independent practice under a Subleasing Doctor. You will provide high-quality eye care services within a private practice setting and contribute to a patient-centered experience.

Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor, offering flexibility and autonomy within a structured team. An optometrist license and willingness to collaborate are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Doctor of Optometry.
• Experience in private practice or sublease setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a Subleasing Doctor and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Work within a Target Optical Subleasing Doctor's practice as applicable.
• Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours directly with the Subleasing Doctor.
