As an independent private practice within Target Optical, terms of agreement, pay, and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing Doctor while benefiting from Luxottica’s support network and a broad care philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients within the Target Optical practice.
• Work as an Associate Doctor of Optometry under the Subleasing Doctor, with terms negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.
