• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within an independent practice.
• Operate within the scope of practice determined by the Subleasing Doctor and professional discretion.
• Maintain flexible scheduling options, including part-time commitments and integration with an existing practice schedule.
